C&W DustTech Recognizes Exceptional Employee Contributions
2022 has proven to be a year of hard work and perseverance for C&W DustTech and the industry. Despite ongoing uncertainty and ongoing supply chain challenges, one thing has remained the same: our team’s unwavering determination to never settle. And what better way to recognize this commitment than by celebrating the contributions, achievements and shared success of our dedicated team at our annual Employee Appreciation Luncheon!
Steve Duncan opened the festivities by welcoming everyone, as well as special guests from our Board of Directors and Jim Orr, from our sister company, Superior Air Products. Next, the Leadership Team provided updates on key initiatives that support our strategic plan. Of note, the team talked about improved internal processes, the launch of the Employee Experience Committee, new cross-training and onboarding programs, process improvements, the latest CapEx additions like our new plasma table, press brake and forklifts, and more! The Executive Team shared company quarterly and year-to-date performance, an update on Superior Air Products and a “pulse” on the industry overall. Then the time came for employee recognition and awards.

- One-Year Anniversaries: Keith Anderson, Jaime Esquivel, Eduardo Rodriquez, Connor Duncan, Donald Means and Tyrone Harris
- Five-Year Anniversaries: Mike Taylor, Mike Evins and Ronald Fipps
- 20-Year Anniversaries: Leroy Baerwald and Robert Smith
And a special shout out goes to our Shop and Office Employees of the Year who embody our Dust Settles. We Don’t™ brand promise. They have truly gone above and beyond the call of duty throughout the year to ensure not only C&W’s success, but most importantly, our customers.

All employees received a variety of prizes including coolers, fishing rods, a smoker, gift cards, and much more donated by suppliers, customers, and C&W. Thank you to all who donated!
With full bellies – thanks to Babe’s Chicken catering – the team gathered for a group photo before being dismissed for the remainder of the day and got to go home early! A big thank you to the entire team at C&W for their continued dedication and hard work. We’re excited to see what’s in store for C&W DustTech, our partners and our customers in 2023!
