Dust Collector Minihelic Gauge Overview

In this DustTech Talk, Inside Sales Coordinator Jake Gerson provides an up close look at the “mini” magnehelic gauge that monitors filter health and timer settings for C&W DustTech’s Central and Silo Dust Collectors. The gauge can measure airflow resistance from 0 to 10 inches across filters to indicate how clean or dirty they are. Throughout your collector’s operation, the gauge should start ticking up. Watch the gauge daily and consider adjusting your timer board settings if your pick-up points are losing suction or your system is gaining air resistance too quickly.
