CP-7500’s for Martin Marietta
C&W supplied two CP-7500’s for Martin Marietta (previously TXI) in Texas.
C&W’s CP-7500 features:

~ Pulse Jet cleaning of cartridges with timer
~ Sixteen (16) 8” X 78” Cartridges
~ 99.99% filtration efficiency
~ 10 HP recycle system to return collected material to customer’s silo

~ Top entry for clean-side filter exchange
~ Tool-less filter media exchange for ease of maintenance
~ Small footprint for space saving applications
C&W supplied 16” Easy-UP ducting to the shroud.
C&W supplied a Boost-a-load shroud (barely visible in picture) to help capture dust at the truck charging point. This shroud is for boost- a-load and front discharge trucks with drive up or back-in capabilities.

TXI purchased the optional recycle system to return collected material back to the silo of their choice.
