A critical component of your comprehensive C&W dust collection system design, ducting helps you move fugitive dust collected at pickup points to your dust collector for processing. Our dust collection engineers are available to help you identify the right ducting sizing and style for your application to ensure proper airflow, layout and static pressure to avoid clogged ducts and system inefficiencies.
We offer both Spiral Pipe and Easy-Up ducting, giving you the options you need to customize a system for your application.
Easy-Up System: Designed with user-friendliness in mind, Easy-Up is a snap-together ducting system that eliminates rivets, screws and welding. The Easy-Up system is easy to clean and adaptable to existing ductwork. Comes in galvanized or stainless steel.- Spiral Pipe: C&W’s traditional spiral pipe is made from galvanized or stainless steel and leverages couplers and brazing to integrate into your operations.
