Silo Dust Collectors

C&W’s Low Profile Round (LPR) Silo Dust Collectors offer Pulse Jet technology, with cartridge filters that provide a highly effective, efficient and affordable solution for dust control. These collectors are compact and user-friendly. The LPR features a low-profile and pop in-out filter media exchange, and requires no tools or need to remove blow pipes.

The LPR Silo Dust Collector can also expand to higher capacities without having to replace the units. It can house anywhere from 4 to 8 cartridges, depending on your operational needs. The LPR can also be customized to meet the demand of industrial applications.

• Flow switch: Detects the flow of air through the silo and turns the cleaning cycle on while silo is being filled. When the flow of material into the silo stops, the unit automatically turns the cleaning cycle off.

This silo dust collector releases material into the weigh batcher, the air inside the weigh batcher is displaced by the material and forced through the cartridges. C&W’s Cartridge Pulse Silo Dust Collectors collects dust using its two to eight 8” X 39” cartridge filters – depending on the model.

The timer allows the collector to automatically clean the filter media. Once the dust is collected, the clean air is dispersed into the atmosphere and pulsed air is released across the filter media, allowing the dust to return to the weigh batcher.

The shaker silo collector was specifically designed for producers in sub-zero weather conditions because this unit is not susceptible to freezing, as no compressed air is required.
