We Don’t.™ This promise was created based upon the passion and commitment that defines a C&W DustTech employee. It is also based in our team’s natural inclination to do whatever it takes to design, engineer and build a system perfectly suited to our customer’s unique applications and provide easier access to replacement parts. As we looked at this brand promise, we also felt it was critical to define what drives our team’s ability to uphold it. That’s why we brought together a cross-functional team with team members from production, sales, engineering, front office and the shop floor to define what drives us every day.

We first shared these messages with employees on June 23 at a company-wide luncheon and had every team member show their commitment to these guiding principles by signing our Core Values banner!

After just seven months at C&W, I am already extremely impressed by the pride, energy and excitement of the team. From the shop floor to the leadership team, we are all committed to taking care of our customers – and each other – in any way that we can. This mindset is inherent to what we do every day, and the reason our employee team could easily define our Mission, Vision, Core Values and Core Competencies.
